I really like this one guys.
The title is supposed to be in vietnamese : sự biến mất , but DA titles are limited to just a few characters.
This dragon is disappearing and appears to shift depending on what angle you see it in. I wanted it to seem like you are just catching a glimpse of something, so the beast's head is out of the picture and its in the midst evanescing before your eyes.

This piece is a mixed media : pencil crayons, acrylic and a lino bloc print on canvas board.

Edit: Kyoko pointed out that the camera's flash really butchered this painting. She's right. Please see the links below for a better glimpse of what this painting looks like in real life. I'll try to take a better picture soon. The coral for example really took the blunt of the flash. : (

Its rather unfortunate that you can't really see the dragon that well with that picture. Maybe, if you want, i could come over with my camera and we could try with that one or something. If you want. The coral also looks a bit faded and thats too bad because it was so much more vibrant. Oh well.

I love this piece though. Really.

Sure, thats a good idea. The close ups and other pictures on my blog do remedy it a bit, and maybe its also a photoshop thing. However, we need to go out on the town anyway and use that pretty camera of yours for all sorts of photoshoots of the city etc, before you leave. I do however need to take some pictures of my other studio pieces so that would be really cool. You could help me with the masks too. Thanks, love.

I think we should go downtown and to boniface for some photoshoots. I want to go to the rundowned cathedral and stuff. That and also the big cemetary. Want to run by some other locations with me?

Cool idea, I would love to see other signs of intricate details like on the coral and stuff. Love the colors, though!
